Job Title: Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end technology projects involving AI, Generative AI, automation, and enterprise applications.
• Develop project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, resource plans, and delivery roadmaps.
• Manage Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Utilize Jira to create and manage epics, stories, tasks, workflows, sprint boards, dashboards, and project metrics.
• Partner with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, Data Scientists, AI/ML Engineers, and business stakeholders.
• Track project scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, dependencies, and overall delivery status.
• Manage AI/GenAI project lifecycles, including requirements, data readiness, model development, testing, deployment, and production adoption.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of AI solutions and technology initiatives.

Skills :

• Translate business objectives into actionable project deliverables and technical requirements.
• Create executive-level status reports, dashboards, presentations, and project documentation.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation and contingency plans.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate project progress, blockers, and dependencies effectively.
• Ensure Jira data, workflows, dashboards, and reporting provide accurate visibility into project health and team performance.
• Support continuous improvement of Agile processes, delivery practices, and project governance.
• Coordinate with technical teams on AI platforms, APIs, cloud services, data pipelines, automation, and system integrations.
• Ensure projects follow organizational security, compliance, governance, and documentation standards.
