Job Description

At Chick-fil-A Avalon Park, our Back of House Team Members work together to prepare high-quality food quickly, safely, and accurately while creating a clean and organized kitchen environment.

We're currently looking specifically for daytime Team Members who can support our morning and lunch operations. This is a versatile kitchen role. Team Members will be trained in multiple areas of the kitchen and may rotate between food preparation, breading, cooking, assembling orders, stocking, cleaning, and other operational responsibilities based on the needs of the restaurant.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and cook Chick-fil-A menu items according to quality and food-safety standards
• Support daily food preparation, including produce and other prep responsibilities
• Work multiple kitchen positions as you complete training
• Help execute a fast-paced lunch rush with speed and accuracy
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Restock and prepare the kitchen for upcoming business
• Work closely with teammates and leaders to accomplish shift goals
• Learn new positions and take on additional responsibility as you grow

Availability We're Looking For

This opening is specifically intended for applicants with consistent weekday daytime availability , particularly during our morning and lunch dayparts.

Applicants should be available to work at least 3 days per week and 16+ hours , with strong preference given to candidates with broader weekday availability.

Weekend availability may also be required based on restaurant needs.
