Job Description

Athos Properties Group is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for our Camelia Apartments (111 units) in Brunswick, GA. The ideal candidate should be able to interact with residents, prospects, fellow co-workers and vendors. One must be able to demonstrate basic aptitude in apartment maintenance related areas and follow company policies and procedures, The Maintenance Technician should have a high school diploma or equivalent and special training and/or experience in one or more of the following areas may be required:

HVAC trained and certified
Plumbing
Electrical and Appliance Repair

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for timely completion (24 hours) of service requests as assigned by his Supervisor. Other duties include ongoing preventative maintenance; make ready maintenance and other duties and projects deemed necessary by management. Patticipation in the maintenance on-call rotation is required.
