Vaco is hiring for a Referral Guide opportunity in Jacksonville FL

Pay: 17/hr

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Utilize computer systems to process new TRICARE orders and dispatch setup technicians

• Communicate with patients, referral sources, physicians, and technicians via phone, email, and fax

• Update and maintain accurate patient and referral source information, including names, addresses, and phone numbers

• Facilitate equipment needs for setup technicians

• Manage and update the Start-to-Setup Workflow Report daily and review it with the assigned Account Manager

•Prepare documents and correspondence for patients and referral sources

•Provide rollover phone support as needed

• Escalate issues appropriately to the Referral Guide Supervisor, Contracts/Referral Guide Manager, or Office Manager

• Develop and maintain a working knowledge of current services and supplies offered

• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with team members and other departments

• Perform patient follow-up calls

• Assist with resolving sleep apnea therapy patient questions, issues, and concerns

• Work various reports as assigned

• Follow all company policies, procedures, and in-office guidelines

• Maintain punctual and consistent attendance

• Meet a minimum production goal of 75 orders processed per week, subject to change based on business needs

• Participate in cross-training within other departments as needed

• Perform additional duties as assigned by a supervisor or management

Qualifications

• Professional phone etiquette

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

• Accurate and efficient data-entry skills

• Ability to research, analyze, and resolve issues

• Ability to learn and navigate multiple computer systems

This position is initially in-office. Employees must demonstrate consistent work ethic, productivity, accuracy, reliability, and the ability to work independently before being considered for remote work.

Remote work requires management approval and is not guaranteed. Employees approved to work remotely are expected to follow all company policies, productivity expectations, and work-from-home guidelines.
